To use SimpleClient, we will require to you to create an account using your name and email address. We use this information solely to create your account and log you in to SimpleClient, respond to emails you may send to us, and to send notifications to you as explained in “Information Use” below.
To purchase a SimpleClient subscription, we will require your financial information such as a credit card number. We use this information to fulfill your purchase and for billing purposes.
SimpleClient collects Client Information, as defined in our Terms of Service, solely for the purpose of providing you with the features and functionality of SimpleClient.
We may collect certain analytics information using various third-party analytics tools. The information we collect may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser/device type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and related data. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular user. We use this anonymous information to analyze trends and improve the quality of our products and services. You are free to restrict collection of information and/or decline cookies, but by doing so you may not be able to take full advantage of all of SimpleClient’s features.

We disclose your financial information to our payment processing company solely for billing purposes. We do not retain, store, or share this information for any other purpose.

SimpleClient complies with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to third parties without your consent.
SimpleClient does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 13. SimpleClient does not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal information pertaining to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible.
